All digital downloads and other forms of digital media purchased through GLUE Media Group are final sale and non-refundable once the purchase has been completed or access to the files has been provided.

 

Because digital products cannot be physically returned, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations for downloaded music, albums, audio files, videos, digital books, or other downloadable media, except where required by applicable law.

 

If you experience a technical issue with your purchase, such as a corrupted file, missing download, or difficulty accessing your order, please contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue.

 

GLUE Media Group does not currently offer physical merchandise. This policy will be updated if and when physical products become available.
